No star!!! They don't give any update. Don't answer the phone. Poor costumer service. Waste of time and money!!!!Don’t ever go to this store !!! Never recommend this store!!!
I would give this zero stars if possible, but sadly it’s not. Purchased ($2060) a sectional sofa and told 6-8 weeks for delivery. We are going in 18 weeks and still no sofa. All the reviews are spot on, they lie about delivery, may or may not answer the phone, and the story continues to change when they don’t make deadlines. You can’t get a refund because the will charge an astronomical restock fee but they will take your money in an instant. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

absolute thieves. We purchased a dining room set from bigs furniture. when it was delivered the chairs were all uneven, so we sent them back. They told us it would be 2 to 3 weeks get a new one and we were okay with that. The following week we received a call that they were shipping us on a chairs. When we receive the new chairs it was obvious that they were not new, but used from the showroom.
