Really bad experience. Waited over three months for our order using a credit card which was charged at the time of the order (who charges your card before your item ships?). Ordered two bar stools, one of which was damaged before they attempted to delivered them a month later. We refused to accept the stools, and they refused to order a replacement for the damaged stool. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I would never trust them again.

This store is horrible with satisfaction and with customer service. I called the store to check on my product to see is if it has arrived and the agent on the phone hung up on me several times. The table that I purchased after 2 weeks of waiting for it was discontinued. I wanted to buy the floor model but that was sold when the Art the manger said he couldn't sell the floor model.

I am an interior decorator in Las Vegas with 17 years experience. I brought in a high end client to bigs to purchase 2 bedroom sets. They were delivered, but one bed had half the screws missing, the bed feet were unfinished wood with plastic wrap, and the headboard was cracked. For 3 weeks I called, emailed and have not been called back even once. If I could leave Less than 1 star.... I would. Furniture pretty good, showroom also - BUT - after purchase customer service AND delivery is awful - BEWARE - if you have to rely on delivery and your purchase arriving with no defects, etc.! It took from July 4th to the end of August to get my one piece of furniture able to use. This was a queen size platform, storage, bookcase headboard bed. My husband and I needed a new bed room set along with a new sofa. We decided to to go to Bugs. Because people are more appt to leave their negative reviews, I decided to to do the opposite. Our experience with the store was exceptional. We were greeted upon entry. Victoria was our sales rep and she was very knowledgeable, and professional. Our experience with the sales process was fantastic. Got great pricing and now just waiting for our new stuff to be delivered.

BUYER BEWARE!! If you order furniture and they say you'll get it in 5-7 days, you're lucky if that happens!! Their staff is the worst in customer service, and rude. When someone spends $$$$ for a few rooms of furniture you would think you would have the upmost respect if there are any issues with delivery!! Not with this company!!! his is the most dishonest shady place I've ever been to. DO NOT Trust anyone there. I was sold a sectional couch and trusted my sales person in verifying I was purchasing every piece. I purchased the couch and the console was missing when delivered. Customer service and the sales person backed me up on the conversation and that the floor manager made a mistake by misrepresenting what was included as there was no signage that the console was sold separately. We completely furnished our sons condo and when it was all delivered none of the handles and screws were included in the unit. The driver had us accept everything and made a note on the delivery slip. In the past five months we have made five personal trip into the store to find out where they are but each time we are told they are on order. Today we called to be informed they do not know what we are talking about! Please go anywhere else to do business!!! LARRY T.

Horrible service 30 days later still not a complete order in my home trying to cancel they say im stuck in an agreement with there financial company i contact them they said that not true i have to have the retailer send in cancellation request and pick up furniture
