My wife and I ordered a couch back in November of 2020. We were told it would take about 8 weeks to deliver. Almost seventeen weeks later and we still do not have our couch. We have gone down to the physical store twice now and were told a different story. The first time the lady was very nice and told us it would be about another two weeks. The second time we visited a gentleman told us that they had part of the set delivered and that we needed to take delivery of only part of our coach or they could sell it to someone else... read more

Was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Called for update and was told at week 8 that it shipped. Called back again a week later and was told I was lied to and it still hasn't shipped! Won't for another 2 weeks. Can't even get a refund to purchase else where. Wish I read reviews before hand! No one EVER answers the phone!!! I don't know what to do. Still haven't received my furniture!

Great price but with a catch. I ordered a dining set with 8 chairs in early October 2019. The Salesperson Carlos said he'd hold 2 chairs that was already at the store and would only need to order 6. Carlos said the order would come in before thanksgiving. Well, thanksgiving came and went and before xmas was the next promised date of delivery...well, the table did make it on the 24th of December no thanks to me calling nonstop the phone number that they may or may not answer. I wish I would have looked up reviews before my purchase. I bought an adjustable bed with zero gravity and usb plugs on the side. When it was delivered, it wasn't the right one. Rather than have them take it back and get nothing in return, I have asked them to bring the right one and I would give them the incorrect one back. I emailed them, as to have my complaint in writing, but no answer as of right now. I either want the one I ordered, or a full refund. It was bait and switch tactic. They lie about shipping times and no one will ever answer the phone. I've been waiting on delivery of furniture for months now. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks tops. It's now been 14 weeks. Unbelievable.

First off, tried calling for 4 hours and the prompts stated to call back that they couldn't take my call. So I went to the store instead, walked into the store in Henderson and not one person acknowledged me for almost 30 minutes. I had to walk up to the desk to get help. Ordered furniture in August. It is October now. Have not heard one word about when it will be delivered. They stated that one thing was out of stock and the other I wouldn't get until middle of November or "maybe" by December. ZERO STARS. I went to the Henderson location on September 24th to inquire about a sectional but stated I would be moving out of state and would need it by October 23rd. Art was my salesman and told me it was a 4-6 week delivery. I asked not once, but 3 times, if I could cancel if it wasn't here on time. He specifically told me, YES! DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE!!!! My wife and I recently moved to Henderson and bought a living room set from Bigs in June 2020. Art said he was the sales manager. We chose a three piece leather set made by Ashley. Art said they were not in stock but were made in the United States and we would have delivery in 5-6 weeks plus put it in writing. This place is horrible. Sold us a table set that wasn't even in stock. Didn't even call us to let us know. Then took 2 weeks to do my refund which still hasn't been done. Disputed the purchase with my bank.
