dealer responded promptly to inquiry, I have not had a chance to stop in but sales only followed up once which is nice.
Contacted dealer explicitly stating I was interested in purchasing a specific type of vehicle and asked for a list currently available. Instead of pursuing a sale, the salesman dismissed me and told me to look on their website and call them back. I purchased the same vehicle from another dealer the same day that engaged their customer and understood how to close a sale.
Experience was great. They didn't pressure us or keep us there for a ridiculous long time. Happy they didn't waste our time. The vehicle itself was disappointing though. There were things that you'd only notice by physically seeing the vehicle, so glad we went.
There were a lot of empty promises made on an initial visit that did not pan out when I returned to the dealer later to purchase.

exelent service. Our dealer David was very professional and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions about the vehicle. W e would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
It took multiple emails to get an answer. That answer was the vehicle was sold, but it was/is still listed
Marco and Ron were great, we were happy with our purchase and never felt pressured into making a decision. All in all, it was a good experience and we're happy we purchased from Biggers.
Excellent customer service...they all made us feel welcome and respected. I would definitely deal with Biggers Mazda again :)
