I inquired about a vehicle online. Was told it was on the lot so come on in. Got there and they couldn't show me the vehicle because they took a deposit on it. I wish they would of told me this before I got there. I wouldn't of wasted mine or my wife's time drive almost a hour away from my home. Truly underhanded ploys
Excellent greeters, very poor when it comes to giving a fair market price/negotiating on a used car trade-in value - no leeway for trading.
It was unplanned to get my car here... I was thinking of a different car... We went to a different car dealership first and had my friend drove one of their newest models... went out unsatisfied... didn't know where we were heading and we saw "Biggers Mazda"... Because I didn't have a driver's license yet, the agent let me sit on the driver's place and I felt so comfortable immediately... My friend drove it; I was just a backseat passenger... I loved it...
