I test drove a car at Biggers Mazda, along w/ 2 other cars that day. I called them after my search was over that day and told them I wanted to buy their car. They said great, it’s yours! They started a credit application on the phone, however as we were completing the application a manager called me to say that the car had been sold!! A very unprofessional way to run a business!
They were very helpful, sat and talked with us. I was interested in other cars too and they said no problem and grabbed them for me to test drive. The car we went to look at didn’t show the previous damage. But when taking a test drive, we noticed it then asked when we got inside. They showed us paperwork of what happened and that they could show us pictures as well making it clear that they wanted to be as transparent as possible with us.
Responded to my email quickly and followed up with their own email afterwards.
The experience at Biggers Mazda has by far been the best car shopping experience I’ve had. I’ve been shopping around for cars a few times and nothing compares to their One & Done system. Other dealerships have you their for 4 to 5 hours while at Biggers it’s no more than 1 or 1 and a half hours. You only deal with one person so no having to be shuffled around to finance and other departments. One big difference of this car dealership as well is that they don’t pressure you whatsoever.
