The drinks are very expensive, and it's extremely annoying when staff asks for an electronic tip! It seems so many are entitled these days. BIGGBY should pay their employees more, instead of expecting customers to do it
They are very slow for one cup of coffee and nobody in line. Bad service
Slowest coffee shop around. If you want to make it to work on time, don't go here
