Went through your drive-thru today with a bogo ANY BEVERAGE coupon. Your employee basically told me I couldn't get any of the beverages I wanted. I simply wanted an iced coffee. Something very simple. Yet I was told I had to get a latte, which was not what I wanted with how hot it is today. It wasn't a bogo latte coupon. Was not pleased at all by Bigby today.
Too slow, incorrect orders, & inconsistent quality.
I just experienced and I mean EXPERIENCED a RASBERRY BLITZ! RUN over and GET ONE! Beautiful store fabulous people! THE ABSOLUTE BEST in LIMA!�
