The service is bad and the workers are rude and very poorly taught I think about how to conduct customer service.
I was out of town last week and decided to stop by a Biggby's location there to get my usual coffee fix. Very disappointed. Biggbys Lima is head and shoulders above the others. Cheerful and knowledgeable baristas, fantastic and HOT coffee, and a clean, bright atmosphere...I was so glad to get back to MY Biggbys!
They have the biggest & best tasting selection of coffee/smoothie drinks around, awesome bragels & the friendliest baristas you'll ever meet. Very clean & homey inside.
