They have the best staff and always have a happy voice and smile to help start my day. The awesome guy who runs the place is great and treats customers like each one is important. Tremaine is our favorite drive thru face to see! Great job everyone 👍
Biggby, in general, seems to have the friendliest staff, but this Westland location really exceeds all expectations. First off, I love that they have a drive thru. This is perfect for hitting on my way to work. All the baristas are super sweet and even though I don't go there every day, they still notice if I order something out of the norm for me. Where do I begin about this store specifically? Mo (the owner) seriously runs a fantastic place. You feel like you're home the moment you walk in. The staff is a team of straight rockstars. I come in here to 'work from home' to escape from my two kids under two and its a great experience every time. I have personally witnessed Mo's team getting SLAMMED in the morning and am always in awe at their teamwork and communication. Bravo Biggby Westland. Bravo.
I don’t get there often but always a treat when I stop in
my favorite coffee ever !! they have always been very polite and a home feel atmosphere !! I've also introduced them to a couple of people who have never had BIG B ( our nic name ) they love it now too !!
