Stopped in today and ordered the matcha. Absolutely the best matcha I have had! I will be coming back Also would like to add the staff were so friendly and you could tell they enjoy working there.
Ciara was our barista for the day and she was SO SWEET!! We asked her a million questions about the coffee (sorry I'm picky and a Dunkin fan 🙈) and she answered every question very kindly and patient. She didn't make us feel rushed or stupid for asking basic questions. Her bright and cheery attitude definitely made my day. I hope she gets recognized in some way because a lot of people who work in customer service are rude but she wasn't at all. I absolutely love this biggby it is the only one that my boyfriend and I go to. I either get the brown bear iced no whip extra shot or the strawberry shortcake smoothie. my boyfriend loves the red bull freeze with zip and fresh strawberries added to it and the chocolate covered leprechaun iced no whip. they always have my order right and always smiling at the window. they are also the only biggby's that I receive texts and emails from at least 1 time a week with coupons and they also hand them out at the window. but the drin... read more
My order is always wrong from this location. Either I get the wrong latte completely or today they mixed up the lattes that I ordered so the wrong person ended up with sugar free. I will no longer visit this Biggby and will go to Canton instead. Do better.
Buttter Bear is my favorite flavor. My daughter is hooked on the mellow hot chocolate.

The biggest reason I go to BIGGBY over Tim Hortons is the staff is always much more polite, friendly, fun, and helpful. Theres other reasons to pick BIGGBY as well, like quality of the coffee itself, but the staff (and coupons 😬) are the reason I love BIGGBY more than any other coffee place!
