My gf and I went to Bigby for the first time at the Westland location 2 weeks ago. We both looked at each other as we drove away and were like "Holy crap she was really really nice." We came back a few days later and experienced the same, as we drove away she said to me "Wow she was really nice too, I wonder if they get paid more than Starbucks because they seem so happy." Since those experiences we have gone about 3-4 more times and each time we feel the same. We will continue to go back!
