Service is very slow, waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a hot cider
The service is INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! I usually drive 5 miles out of my way to the St. John’s Biggby during my one hour commute to work just to avoid Mason! On the rare occasion now that I go to the Mason Biggby it ALWAYS takes forever! Today I order a regular hot tea, it took 15 minutes for me to get a cup of hot water and a tea bag!
Some of the most recent reviews are people complaining about the wait - first, they're lucky as heck that THAT's what grinds their gears, but second, this location just isn't built for the amount of traffic they receive. The service is SLOW - almost unbearable. The drinks were good but you have to plan an extra 20 minutes! And we were the only ones in the drive thru and you could see inside the kids were just socializing. I’m hoping it’s because there has been staffing turn over and it gets better!
