For the 3rd time in a few months I stopped in for the flavored brewed coffee of the day--and for the third time they were out. They offered to make more but I wasn't in a position where I could wait. The first time the staff couldn't figure out how do do a refund so I just left. The last two times they seemed inconvenienced when I asked for a refund. There were 5 staff people and no one seemed on top of checking the carafes to see if they needed to be refilled. Very disappointed.

the coffee and great customer service
I dread having to come to this BIGGBY but only do because it’s right in town and on my way. I have yet to come to this BIGGBY and have my order CORRECT. The team here act like it’s their first day everyday. I have to constantly repeat my order in drive through, then repeat it again at the window just to make sure they have it correct yet I still receive the wrong order. Placed order, had it repeated & it was still messed up when we finally got our 2 drinks. Didn’t receive a hello, have a nice day or an apology. 🤷🏼♀️ The drink was supposed to be iced, they made it hot, but it was cold when we got to the window so close enough 🤪
I like Biggby and their drinks are ok. It seems like they promote the most calorie fat loaded drinks they can dream up. A drink and a coffee can be your calorie intake for a whole day. I stopped last week, waited forever, used a dollar off coupon and still paid 6 bucks for a latte. Price to value is not there.
Everyone is so friendly and nothing beats the taste of Biggby coffee! Tea lattes are amazing too! ☕️
