Everytime I try to give them a chance, the staff is rude and takes forever to make your drinks.
Kyle and Jerry are the best! They know our order when we walk in the door. Always good!
Worst customer service. Had to repeat my order a few times and they still got my order wrong twice. Had to ask them to make my drink because apparently they forgot. Still got the drink order wrong. I love Biggby but this was ridiculous. There were a few people who ordered after, got their drinks and walked out before they even started my order.
I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru to get my coffee. Left when I could get out of there without my coffee. Because I was late for a meeting. I'm disappointed. I thought new owners would make it better not worse.
Got a huge hair in the whip creme!! Didn't even offer to give me a free drink or anything- just asked if I wanted them to remake it....Ahhh yeah I would!
