We come in nearly every Wednesday night for a few hours. We absolutely love Katie! She's always friendly and makes each visit special. She puts love into every drink she makes. She remembers what we normally order and if our drink is ever not perfect, she will re-do it. (Which never happens) My only note would be if you want somewhere warm to sit, don't sit next to the large glass windows. Over 20 minutes in the drive thru with no apology or acknowledgement...
today you guys lost a customer that's been coming to Biggby since it was beaners for refusing to take my coupons because you know the color of the roll out there's no date on the coupon so how can you tell me that it's not good I've never seen a coupon with any other color from Biggby so thank you I'll take my business back to Starbucks they're cheaper anyways

Terrible customer service!!! Had a whole bunch of coupons one happen to be expired the one I wanted to use and they would not except it any other location of Biggby I have been to always took my coupon whether it was current or expired. They'd rather not take a dollar off a drink and lose a customer.
