I can't review actual septic pumping service because this company never showed despite telling me three different dates they would be at my house. Each of the five different times I called, every single person on that end of the phone was very rude. I had heard Bigfoot was the best in Fairbanks but we'll see how Homestead compares. They definitely beat Bigfoot's price and their customer service folks seem much nicer so far!
I ended up with a clogged pipe in my septic system (this was pumped last year by Bigfoot). I called them early afternoon and they said they could fit me in that day. They did a decent job pumping my system from what I can tell. However, the customer service is terrible. The technician was rude and treated me like I was an annoyance to his existence, both in person and on the phone. They didn't come until 7pm and then charged a $75 after hours charge.
