They came out to service someone on my road, driver was going to fast slide into the ditch. I called and tried to have a civilized conversation about taking care of the road. The lady on the phone was rude, told me my plowed road wasn't plowed and hung up the phone on me. I can promise you that all the houses on my road that used them will no longer use them. Would give 0 stars if I could. Called on a Saturday to try to explain what was happening; we didn’t know if it was an “emergency” or not. The guy was in a bad mood when answering the phone. In the middle of explaining he asked my address. I tried to finish what I was saying and he cuts me off again and asks “You don’t know what your address is?” Have used Bigfoot the whole time owning a house, since 2008, for multiple services. Person on the phone was so rude to me that I hung up and called another company. Don't talk down to people and maybe try answering basic questions without the snark.
called about being froze up on a sunday even and they were out in 20min to fix it!! all fixed now!! thank y'all so much!!!
I called Bigfoot on Thursday 1/2/2020 to get my kitchen sink drain steamed and was told they would call when they were on their way. No show on Thursday, called back Friday morning and was told the same thing. Next time you come to my house try calling to let us know you’re on your way out. And before you leave please try to let us know if you are coming back or if the job is completed. That would be nice. And try to have a good attitude when talking to your customers. Thanks
We are longtime customers who gave up on our request for annual pumping after 8 weeks of excuses why they couldn't get here before snowfall. Went with another company who served us well. Very disappointed and won't be coming back to Bigfoot.
