We had a back up in our basement bathroom. Thinking maybe a clogged pipe or an over full septic they came out within two hours of us calling them and were able to quickly fix our problem. Thanks so much to the office gal and our gentleman driver for being so on the ball and helping us. It is very much appreciated!!!

I got service a week earlier then I was told on the phone. The service was excellent and the worker who came was nice and did a great job. He even checked twice if he really could drive in our back yard like i told them on the phone cause he thought we have a nice yard instead of just driving back
I called Tuesday morning and within 30 minutes Will was at my home. He was incredibly nice and professional. Will was thorough in making sure he got all the blockage from the pipe and did a great job cleaning up. I hope I don't have my pipes back up again, but if I do I would use Bigfoot again.
What's the purpose of an emergency line if you don't answer it?
Customer service was not too good. I was told that I could get my septic tank pumped on Monday. Come Monday evening I called and they said they would be there Tuesday afternoon. Lady seemed annoyed by my call. No show Tuesday and no call. Wednesday I call them and they say they'll be out there and will give me a call when they are on their way. Again, lady seemed annoyed by my call. They did pump on Wednesday, no call. I realize it's a busy time of year, but good customer service would give customers a call if they can't mak... read more
