Bigfoot scheduled us within the same week we called for service, even though it was a busy time of year. They got to our house a little early and were very friendly, efficient, and facilitating of my curious husbands questions and observation. The gentleman was funny and friendly and they did an excellent job. Would highly recommend, especially to us dry cabin dwellers, these guys make the pumping of the outhouse a much less daunting task.
RecommendedBigfoot was here a week earlier than expected. The lady I talked with on the phone was extremely nice. The gentleman that was here was extremely knowledgeable. What I've learned is that you get more with sugar than with vinegar. So most that have nasty things to say may want to look in the mirror.
I put months of planning into my husband's birthday party but overlooked getting our septic pumped, and then you know what happened ....just as guests arrived. I called and left a panic message on the Bigfoot line. After a quick return call, a truck was on the way!! As the driver began his work, I told him, "your now part of our party, I'm going to take pictures and feed you, is that ok?" He replied, "yes ma'am". The driver was our favorite party crasher! Lady on the phone was RUDE! You just lost my business for good. I called...hi, we've had you guys come out before, looking to get scheduled Friday...her: NO....me:oh, excuse me?...her:NO! I dont schedule Fridays. Me:oh. Her: Do you have a problem?!. Me: I think I'll call around. Her: click. Yea.....screw you crazy lady.
too ! late last 8 years homestead has taken care of all my needs and prior to switching . you left me hanging with a job not done on 27th Avenue in town with no call I only assumed you took care of task. homestead only way to .They need no supervision / hand holding they complete job timely and affordably.(they took care of what you failed at.) what ever they want they get. MAYBE YOU CHANGED. TOO LATE FOR ME.
I scheduled service two months ago, they never showed up. The previous year it took forever for them to reach my home. I've changed to another company.
BIGFOOT saved us when another company wasted our time and money and could not resolve the issue!
Rude, careless, zero customer service. I would not recommend this company. I called to get my septic pumped, they couldn’t give me a quote- then showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, pumped without me being here then charged me whatever they felt like charging me without me being here. The receptionist was rude, said “maybe you should of went with homestead pumping instead”. I spoke to the owner, Kirk , who was just as (pleasant), unbelievable.
