Product is fairly priced. I cannot speak for longevity as I just purchased. I can say that I highly recommend purchasing from a reseller instead of direct. Big Floors responds slowly or not at all to both email and phone calls. They do not answer phone so plan on leaving a voicemail and you may or may not receive a return call.
I cannot speak for the product because I have yet to receive but the customer support is non existent. It took me 3 days to place the order 2 days to receive an order confirmation and I have yet to have someone answer the phone regardless of time or date. I like their design so I'm giving it a try but I would highly recommend purchasing through a reseller that is more available. I purchased direct because I wanted to support the manufacturer and make sure I had a warranty but this has turned out to be a mistake.

Love the product and the tiles went down without a hitch. Took a couple of hours and the floor looks great. Erin was a tremendous help and guided us to the right product for our needs as they have quite a few to pick from. We had our own small business for 19 years and know how important professionalism is and Big Floors could not have done more. They are honest, helpful and really seem to care about their customers!
