I ordered in April '16 on a backordered item (of course they were ok on charging my credit card back in April, even though it wasn't sent). They finally sent it (7 months later), just last week. I had already bought the item on Amazon and had to pay over $40 to send it back to them. When they received it, B(BT)S Customer Service then says that I can only receive store credit instead of refunding the full amount on my credit card (but because it was charged in April, over the 120 day refund policy they only issue store credit... read more

We apologize for any misunderstanding on how to use our Pile of Loot feature. Pile of Loot orders can be shipped at any time within 180 days, so the order was readily available to be shipped back in April. Because the order was never released to be shipped within your BBTS account, the order would remain at our warehouse until you instruct the order to be shipped.
