I have had nothing but excellent service from this store. All of my questions, concerns, and needs have been met beyond my highest expectation. My packages are always on time, and in good shape. Mike has gone above and beyond to help me return an item I received by mistake. I will be a customer for a long time to come.
Having been ordering from BBTS for almost more than a year now and I am pleased with them. There was a QC issue with Takara computron and the item was out of stock they offered a equal amount replacement. They could have brushed me off like other online stores but took the time to take care of my situation.
I have been doing business with BBTS for at least 12yrs. From when my kids were small to now that I'm a kid. They have always provided exceptional service and have a fantastic selection. Always a pleasure to do business with, and my first choice for collectibles and toys!
I have ordered most off or all my merchandise from BBT for the last 7 years. My collection is mostly Batman and Iron Man. Their service is excellent. I have receive 2-3 items damaged thru that time and I received credit from them. Thank you BBT
