Good experience with Big W, however part of my purchase was from marketplace which at the time I didn't realise. Because its individual shops the return policy on my order required me to pay return postage, which was half the cost of the product. Anyway my fault I should have read the fine print. Just ensure you read you are ordering from Big W or marketplace and read return policy. (unlike me)
