Great staff, very helpful and friendly. This is my goto department store for all household products.
Shout out to Henry on the checkout today. I dropped butter on my tshirt at a Cafe in the mall but needed to be somewhere down-country with no time to go home and change. Went into Big W... Put on a new tshirt and went to the checkout and Henry obligingly cut the tag off whilst I stood there and ripped off the sizing cellotape. Well done young man.
