RecommendedSamantha went through several options with me until we found the trailer that was best for what I needed. I ended up getting a heavier duty trailer than what I was initially looking for which is a good thing. There wasn't a huge difference in price and I got twice the trailer. TWO THUMBS UP!!!
The staff was very helpful in helping me find the trailer I needed, they answered all of my questions, worked with me as I was out of town and they made the purchase easy!
Piss poor service the owner is very RUDE
We have had nothing but problems with big Tex. Their mechanic continually works on our trailer and charges us for parts that he doesn’t even use. Not to mention that it breaks a week after he “fixes it.” The manager has been a nightmare and nothing but rude. She has called my employees harassing them. Do NOT take your trailers there if you want it fixed right.
