I'm an estate professional and was preparing a client's home for an estate sale. Day 2: started seeing roaches. You have to address roaches quickly, because they're hard to get rid of, multiply quickly, and for every one you're seeing in the daylight, soon there'll be hundreds behind the walls. UGH.
