Our 20 year old pressure assisted toilet was not working properly. David Fowler of BSP searched for a replacement; however, the manufacturer had discontinued that system and the beige color was no longer being made. After two previous tries, David found an acceptable replacement and installed it, all at a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the result and with Big State!
I was very pleased with the service from scheduling through completion of the job. Michelle scheduled me within 24 hours and was very courteous. Jeff W., the technician who came to my home, arrived early, was very respectful, answered all of my questions, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He made recommendations to help avoid any future issues and was careful not to scratch or bump anything with the equipment he had to bring in. Very overpriced, however my water heater sprung a big leak about 2:30 pm on Friday. The heater is in a closet inside my house, adjacent to 2 rooms with expensive laminate flooring. Water was all over the floor in the closet. I could not turn off the water as the valve was frozen so I managed with towels and a bucket until they arrived. I live in Lake Jackson and by luck they had someone in Lake Jackson when I called. By 8:00pm I had a new water heater, new valves/fittings, the works. This morning the closet floor is dry. I had a stopped shower drain. Plumber #1 said he needed to excavate under my slab to fix a broken pipe. $5000.00 Jason from Big State took his time, cleared the drain, and said I had a calcium buildup in the pipe. Cost? $260. I'll never call anyone else again!
Big State Plumbing staff did a great job taking care of the plumbing problem that we had, thanks to Angel and Anton that spent several hours repairing the plumbing. They were very professional and dedicated to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job they did.
They responded quickly to my emergency issue, and resolved it. All the employees that I came into contact were professional and polite. I would recommend them if you are in a pinch!!

I was very impressed with the professional services provided by Big State Plumbing, specifically with Anton. This guy deserves a raise for listening, presenting options and for putting the customer first. Highly recommended all the way around!
