We hired big state after some terrible experiences with our general contractor. Many promises were made how they could come in and help fix the issues. To date, we still have two life safety issues pending and we cant get them fixed. One, leaving open plumbing ventilation in ceiling and second is not fixing gas leaks from their complete overhaul of our gas system. Very friendly staff and Tech Renee that came out to give me the bid on a total sewer line replacement was very polite and let me know what we needed a little to high for us and we could not get financed but he even called the owner to see if they could work with us to get the job done . They offered us some options to work with more than most would for that I am grateful . I called the office on Monday morning with a kitchen sink leaking. They sent Renee to the house in just a couple of hours. He arrived early and explained and showed me exactly what the problem was. He said the p trap was leaking. He told me how much it would cost before he ever started. He finished in a timely manner. He even fixed a different leak on the kitchen drain at no charge. He cleaned up everything. He even took off his boots so he wouldn't track anything on carpet since it was raining. I would definitely recommend ... read more
Professional and friendly service. When I had a plumbing problem I was stressed, but BSP tackled the water heater issue and I can relax now. Highly recommended!
