I feel things were not explained to us very well. Dr. Hancock was in the room maybe 5 minutes and the rest of the time was the vet tech.
I always want the best for my dog Luna and Mr. Hancock is the best vet for her. Him and the ladies there have done everything they can and more to make sure my dog and I are stress free after Luna's ACL surgery. I want to THANK all of them up there for their support.
Love this place for my puppy! All of the staff is so friendly and so very helpful. Dr. Hancock and his techs gave some really helpful tips and advice. The prices are normal for a veterinarian clinic but the service is above what I expected. Dallas is enjoying his carrots and cucumbers, thank you for the suggestion Dr. Hancock!

very nice and caring staff. They were quick to help an emergency that came in while I was there and maintained their professionalism while doing it. The sweet girl at the desk even apologized that I had to witness it because I became upset. great job
The staff was so kind and compassionate with me and my little doggy that was in the process of dying when I brought him in. They didn't charge me and even took a few extra minutes to decorate the box they brought him out to me in. Very, very sweet.
I will be moving very soon and would just like to say thank you to this team for taking the absolute BEST care of my fur babies. I’m going to have a hard time finding another vets office that compares to you! Thanks for all that you do for Big Spring!
