compared to the previous owner(Serra vet clinic) he tried to save you money this outfit will try and get out of you as much as possible. and I'm talking high dollar stuff. we went in with 3 dogs and only let them treat one. we didn't appreciate that they didn't let us go back with our dog to the exam room they came back out to the waiting room telling us what they already did and gave. charged us before we even agreed or knew they were doing any of it.. we'll never go back. wasn't smart because they could have had 4 dogs and... read more

We had our German shepherd puppy vaccinated here and were told she had all the vaccinations she needed.....including parvo. The pup got very sick yesterday and we began to suspect it might be parvo. We called at least an hour before closing begging for them to see her but they would not....without exorbitant emergency fees...until this morning. I can’t thank this vet enough for being so understanding and loving towards my German shepherd Chief!! They truly care about their jobs and want to help. My boy’s face got ripped open by 2 pit bulls and they took him that day and helped him. He loves them as much as they love him!
Caring personnel! Great vets! I recommend them because the 10 dogs in our family goes there and are healthy and happy!
