RecommendedEveryone was very nice going in and throughout the time there. Very professional at all times but even more so in an emergency. We were there for yearly shots and check up. My two pups behaved for everyone.
My cat got bit by a Rattlesnake over three weeks ago. damaged him so bad he almost had to lose his eye. they took fantastic care of him, and even saved his eye. I recommend them highly. Friendly staff, and great care for the animals. helped me even try to save one of my goats. They are a amazing team.
Took my 3 year old pet rat Jeff to be humanely euthanized today and even through such a rough time, everyone showed compassion. Not sure who the lady was that hugged me while I bawled like a baby, but thank you. I really needed it. Most vets just say thank you and kick you on out the door, but that one small gesture means a lot. 🖤

Wow! This is amazing , last year we had to drive all the way to Odessa multiple times after 5 pm for emergency animal care, which turned out to be a 7 hour ordeal each time. Tonight Jumper killed his 2nd porcupine . What a breath of fresh air to be able to stay local . The DR and two members worked on both dogs and we were in and out very quickly . We are very happy with the service you provided !!

I like how the building is easy to find, good parking, and is very pet friendly. Our puppy likes going here too, they give him yummy snacks. Let me start off by saying that Dr. Dolan is amazing. We met her for the first time on May 11th when I took our Sphynx kitten Milo in for his first vet visit. While we were there I brought attention to Milo's nasal congestion and she gave him a shot of antibiotics. The antibiotics cleared him up somewhat but not completely. May 29th we took Milo back to get neutered and after the surgery was complete she said if his nasal congestion was not cleared up in a few weeks to bring ... Continue Reading
Our dog had to get a toe amputated, and Big Spring Veterinary Hospital was awesome! They called and checked up on our baby the day after. GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
