Absolutely AMAZING STAFF! So caring and took care of us better than we could have ever imagined as a Rescue Group. What a great experience during a very dark time for rescue. Thank you is all we have but we sure will tell everyone about you!
This is a very modern and clean facility. The entire staff was very friendly to me and gypsy. They took great care of her and she is no longer in the pain that has been plaguing her for a long time. I highly recommend them.
I wish it had been under better circumstances, but this evening I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Hurwitz & his amazing staff at Big Spring Veterinary Diagnostic. Savannah, the Emergency Vet Tech, met me there & immediately started assessing my injured dog. The facility is amazing & the staff is friendly & very knowledgeable. I had such a great experience as a first timer!! The staff was so helpful and so caring!! Highly recommend! They also sell a variety of pet food which you cant find at a regular supercenter!! Thank you all for your caring hands and hearts!! ❤️🌈😭
This is the kindest ,most loving compassionate and professional Veterinary Hospital we have ever been to! They worked with our Newt never left his side and our Newt was their first fur baby to go through their CT scan! We are beyond grateful for the treatment of not only our Newt but Donnie and I as well! I cannot express how AMAZING EVERYONE at this establishment is. Took my dog in for a broken back leg. They worked with me, explained every option possible and reassured me she was going to be fine. My dog is now home after surgery and doing GREAT! I will definitely be taking ALL my animals to this vet for their needs. I’ve never met anyone more compassionate and understanding then Dr. Hurwitz and his staff. Highly recommended.
Set up appointment for 11am & at 11:30 still hadn’t been called back. They said it would be another 15-20 minutes before our dog could be taken back, so we left. What’s the purpose of setting up an appointment?
