Most piss poor customer service ever they dont know when your parts will be in and can't even give u a close estimate when they will arrive never call with updates not happy at all

I order my items 10 days ago and it hasn't shipped and I called today to check on the order and was told i would get called back. That didnt happen. I have a friend that ordered stuff also and hasn't recieved it either. �
Update gets worse....finally received my items Thursday. Open them up today to out them on. These fools threw the labels in a med package facing out...so now I have a bunch of nice shine scratches up labels...not even wasting my time calling these people. #bigrigchromeshop. You will never see another red cent from this person Inform customers of issues. Keep a real inventory. Just just another customer 2 weeks for basic switch labels.
