called and Ordered iowa customs seat base adapters October 28th, needed them overnight asap. Its currently October 31st and NO seat bases. They use Spee-Dee delivery services. Come to find out they have been sitting in spee-dee warehouse since the 29th. I can't be the only person who has complained to Big Rig Chrome Shop about the delivery service. Take care of your customers and use a well known, easy to get ahold of delivery service. 1st time customer and maybe the last.
Bad customer service!! Took a month to receive our order and to come to find out that everything wasn’t shipped you call to ask why and it’s like you are bothering them and don’t give an eta or any help Won’t be ordering from them ever again

I try to be fair and understanding, but after my recent interaction with Big Rig Chrome Shop ill never order from them again. Quickly, i ordered two lights for the bumper of my truck to finish it off, when i ordered the lights i got an email saying please allow 8-10 days for big rig to get the lights then ship, fine okay that works. After two weeks i didnt hear from them. So today i emailed them asking the status of my lights. RecommendedGreat service,even better prices!!!!!! There staff was Top shelf to me and to be honest I gotten my items way faster than I have from other chrome shops!! I will definitely be buying more from these guys!!
Great people to work with great deals and quick shipping I personally have gotten all my lights and other parts from them
not a big place like you would expect, more of a showroom about the size of a gas station, obviously geared more to the internet and mail order side of it, which is understandable. just dont make a special trip there thinkin youre gonna see something big like Iowa 80 or Joplin.
I called at 8:30 in the morning The lady that answered the phone took all of my information and told me that she would have a sales person call me back right away I called back six hours later and she wanted to do the same thing I wouldn’t go there if I had to anymore and I only live 28 miles away
Great showroom with a nice selection. Staff came right out to greet me and was very friendly and helpful. They helped me get what I needed at a fraction of the price I planned to spend! Even though I am on the road full time I will do mail-order business with them going forward.
