Was in the store and was very impressed with the service and the selection of items on hand. Most definitely be doin business here again.
Delivery within 5-10 days as said on the website. You will be contacted when the order ships. 18 days later I sent a message that I haven't received anything, nor have been contacted. No reply or communication from my contacting them. This is how you run a company, with no communication to your customer?? After filing a complaint through PayPal did I finally get some answer, and communication. They said they had a delay with their vendor. HEY!!! Had an amazing time today at the Super Store! All the staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. I drove 3.5 hours to just look at some things in person. I also was allowed to bring my dogs in to meet everyone. Thanks again for a great experience!

I wrote a bad review, order was slow getting shipped. John called and informed me the visor had shipped, so all in all I'm now satisfied. This is the only chrome shop we've ordered from. I should get my parts tomorrow or next day. So I guess that's not too bad considering they had warehouse inventory last week.
Very disappointed with my first, and only, time I will be shopping here. My box literally came in shambles. Was two boxes taped together. Really?? Thank God the parts survived. Had to call twice to find out the status of my order and when it would arrive due to never even receiving a shipment notification. Definitely will be going elsewhere to buy truck parts.
Getting to be a guessing game if they will ever get something right.
