customer service is horrible, ordered some panels for a w9, took over a month to get them because they were "discontinued" and never called to tell me. I got the other items on the order list so I called and seen what was going on. I called the Manufacturer directly, they were dumbfounded. so they changed suppliers to fill my order in doing so they sent the wrong pannels and now I'm angrily waiting for a return phone call or return email.

I order my parts for 1000 dollar 4 weeks ago and parts are even not in stock BRCS. No real answers no real conversation no customer service => no customer Do your self a favor and look somewhere else for online shopping. Where is the problem to send an email to a customer and explain him the parts you asking for or you already ordered are not in stock they are back order need 4 weeks to get it here and then .... you still want them or cancel the order ? But nothing from this sad customer service. For me the last time

just had a full day's work done at Big Rig, bumper install,new seat and some lights! Everyone was very helpful,Josh did an awesome job on the install,Thanks to John for having such a great technician employed, finally Thanks to Ben from the beginning to end answered all my questions and wanted me to be satisfied!!
Good prices on the products but get gouged on the shipping.
