I had a new tire put on in December three weeks later it started going flat. I continued to air it up every time it would get low until I was able to stop in to get it checked. Apparently the tire valve had a leak. Shouldn’t that be something they made sure wasn’t leaking when they put the new tire on? They tried to make it my fault that I needed another new tire 🤔. RecommendedI had been having a terrible time getting around in this weather we have been having. I had enough and called Big Red Tire Pros on Monday, and they got me in on Tuesday morning to get a fresh new set of tires! Today was very icy between Crete Nebraska and Omaha. I had no trouble because of the great tires that Big Red Tire Pros put on. As other vehicles went twirling in the lanes I did just fine in the icy rain! Thanks to Dan Kester and the team for tire recommendation! #besafe #bigredtireprosknowtires

Friends recommended Big Red Tire Pros to swap out snow tires on an older vehicle I drive. They were waiting for me at the appointment time, ready to go, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Nice folks who know their stuff. I'll probably be going back for an oil change!
