Big Red Tire Pros were highly knowledgable on tires but most importantly they provided great customer service. I have never had a service completed so quickly and for a busy person I really value the less wait and no hassle mission. I would recommend this business!
These guys are the most honest and fair tire shop in Lincoln. They have never led me wrong and have always made sure to go above and beyond. Special shoutout to John who even came to my house after hours on a Saturday to help me jump a dead car! These guys are the definition of true professionals, I highly recommend you use their services.
They did amazing work, fast and inexpensively for me. My wife had a huge dent in her steel rim plus a screw in the tire. They had both the rim and tire fixed within 30 minutes. They then put the tire back on the car, and the spare in the well under the junk filled trunk. All this was done for an amazing low price, that some would have charged just to deal with the spare.
