Nice staff, and quality workmanship..
I have been going to Big Red Tire Pros for the past two years and they are a wonderful family owned business with excellent customer service. There recently was a misunderstanding on the cost of a service provided (later found out that the misunderstanding was on my part) and they refunded me the cost of the service immediately without any questions. They jumped oil change pricing on me by $12 after multiple visits and refused to adjust or have an explanation. Very poor customer service. Unfortunate they would not solve a simple issue over $10 to maintain their integrity as a business.
They are so accommodating to your problem and schedule. They are very professional, helpful and the prices are fair.
