I was put on hold for 17 minutes, then hung up and called back , asked to speak with a customer representative, awaited 5 minutes. When he got on the phone he was very rude and said they were busy . I shop there a lot, but won't anymore. I called tractor supply and I had my question answered within a minute. You really should check your employees attitude towards customers.
The manager is a joke. Will be shopping at Tractor Supply from now on. Or even make a special trip to a different Big R location.
Was just in your store (Alamosa) 9/17 your Manager was yelling at a customer (totally uncalled for) This store is badly ran with associates being very rude. Customer satisfaction none in Alamosa
What a joke… wanted to buy a $250 hedge trimmer… they couldnt locate the charger /box/users Manuel that went with it and we were told they couldn’t sell it without the manuel….. those can be found online BTW. So- we left without a trimmer. The real kicker is that we had planned to buy a $2k gun safe as well…. Taking our business elsewhere….They get a big fat zero from me.

clerks are rude and snott y ..management thinks they're better than anyone and store in alamosa Colorado's managed poorly. rude !!!!! never go there again!! prices are way high. . rather shop at tractor supply compa my as their staff is friendly and coute ous
I had great customer service. I didn't go in to really get anything and came out with everything to raise chickens including chicks 🐥
