Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Kitchenette is nice. Older motel but nice upgrades. For the money great location, clean room.
My 5 stars is ranked based on their price. On a weeknight offseason I got a queen bed, one parking spot, wifi, free breakfast, and a very decent room for $35. It was not luxurious but was a perfect place to crash. Zero complaints- the front desk ladies were super helpful as well! Highly recommend if you can get the crazy low price. Location amazing as well.
Location is great, ask for beachpass which is 5 min walk behind the hotel. Casino is also there. Great views of the sunset just minutes away from the hotel towards Nevada.

We stayed here on a Sunday night for the Celebrity golf tournament.The location is perfect. Close to everything. Front desk staff was very nice. The rooms are clean and good sized, with small refrigerators and coffee pots.
I really like this place. The rooms are nice sized and very clean. The breakfast is better than most places. The staff. At the front desk is nice. I forgot my pillow and called the hotel after leaving and they had it at the front desk. They are also dog friendly which is a plus in my book.
Big Pines is a great place to stay at very affordable prices. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly. The location is awesome... A couple minutes of walking will have you in the Heavenly Village or in the casinos. They also boast refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, this comes in very handy! Overall they exceeded my expectations.
My wife and I stayed here in November and we were very happy with our choice. The rooms were really clean and Gabby was very helpful. They charge only $15 per nite for pets. They have fire place in the room. What ever I ask they always help us. I am recommend big pine hotel.
