Yes it's outdated!but it's nice,clean and comfy place to stay plus a minutes walk going to heavenly valley and a lot of outdoor activities near this hotel and affordable too!if your looking for a place that will fit to your budget this is perfect!
The location is great! We haven't stayed on that area before but am frequent traveler to Tahoe. Spontaneous trip on Labor Day Weekend left us searching for a place. Big Pines is a basic hotel but the location is spectacular. Only 2 blocks from the Beach and 2 blocks from Harveys.
Really perfect room, clean, great amenities, pet-friendly, fast internet, friendly staff, good location.
Love this place. The staff all are very friendly and greats hosts. They have a perfect place just minutes walk from Heavenly Gondola and plenty of things to eat. Nice complementary breakfast to get your motor running and enjoy the winter activities.
staff was great, location excellent.
Great price for only having two rooms left. My girlfriend and I met up with friends and needed a place to crash for the night. there is an electric fire place witch is great for the winter months.
We loved the room (304) when we entered. It was clean, well arranged and bed was comfy with clean sheets.
Lobby was nice, friendly desk staff. Check in was quick and easy
Main building rooms are 100x better, cleaner, livable. Staff was very courteous on accommodating our request to move. For the price, can't beat it.
