RecommendedNeeded tires before a long business road trip. I went to Big O and was helped by Sandra Nelson. She is on point. Professional, knowledgeable and made confident recommendations. The staff was accommodating and enforced the COVID-19 protocol. 4 new tires, an alignment and feeling good about my decision to go to Big O. A special thanks to Sandra N @ the Parkmoor Ave. location.

RecommendedAwesome place. It was Sunday so the tire place I normally use was closed. I had a screw in my tire and my wife had to take the car to work the next day. They were busy but found time to remove the screw and make sure the tire wasn't leaking. No charge!!! They have a new customer.
I am very hesitant when it comes down to leaving a negative review or giving a 1-star rating towards any business. Leaving a negative review can impact the business, however, after having no luck trying to communicate with the store owner (Curt Stanley) and assistant manager (Matt Terry), I have no other option but to leave an honest review for this business. These guys are Pieces of Crap. They won't get your car done within ANY of the Time Frames they tell you. Slow, Rude, Lazy!
Purchased four brand new tires. Had a road issue less than 500 miles on the tire four days after purchase. Had to purchase two tires from a whole separate store. Went into to the store to try and rectify the issue and they laughed and sent me out the door. Staff is anything but courteous or conscious of their product. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
