What a joke !!! I brought some tires and rims in with new tires and watched them put someone ells tires on my rims !!! The guy didn't even ask they wouldn't of even said any thing !! Get some responsible employees !!!
Customer Service is about equal to what you'll get at Wal-mart. The teenage salesman told me I couldn't buy what I wanted and needed. Rather than argue with him, I sent my husband to set him straight. When he returned, they no longer had the tires we needed and said they'd arrive the next day. The next day when we returned our tires weren't there!!! The manager was super apologetic and said they'd special order them for, again, next day delivery. We were heading to Utah & got a nail in our camper tire. The manager came out to look at the tire and repaired it immediately. We were able to get back on the road in 45 minutes or sooner. I can't thank them enough for the prompt service & kindness.
