The most terrible customer service you can experience. They can't never get things right the first time. I have had a few bad experiences at this place but the most recent was today when I got my tires replaced and they put air in the tires all the way to 49 and 50 and one of them bursted out in the hwy while I was driving. I won't be coming back to this place and I don't recommend it.
Chipped 3 of my rims a 2 hr wait turned into a 4 hr wait bad service here 👎
Lost a wheel on the van in Glenwood Canyon. Ed and the crew at Big O went out of their way to get me back on the road. Including a couple of rides around town to put some pieces of puzzle together. They made sure I was on properly rated tires and mounted them on my new wheels that I brought in from Denver.
Waste of time trying to get anything fixed at big o.
I bought 4 new tires. One tire had a leak in the valve stem. It went flat. I brought it in to get it fixed. They fixed it right away! $0 charge! I left happy.
Since bill the manager left this big o has run into the ground. They are very slow and not about the customers. Will never go back to this big o again.
Hugo put on our spare tire so we could get to another tire store. Above and beyond!!!!
