I always get great service.
I didn't have an appointment but I needed to replace the breaks before our trip. They started making sounds the day before our trip.They told me it would be a long wait and they only had one mechanic that day. But they told me they would get it done. They suggested leaving it there so I didn't need to wait. But I told them I didn't have a ride. It took 3 hours and the waiting room AC was very cold in the morning.
