Took my 2008 RAV4 into get the alignment and the oil done and somehow they managed to cause frame damage on the back passenger side of my vehicle.. I'm assuming they don't know where the heck to put the jack and just basically dropped the value of my car dramatically... love how they could t tell me about it when it happened either just let me drive away to notice t on my own...

Went in for a oil change since I had a coupon about an hour and half ago, while walking around the front of my car when I got home I noticed some rubber sticking out, I popped the hood and discoverer that yes they had ripped the rubber lining and they HAD LEFT THE DIPSTICK OUT now Im worried what else they neglected.
Great service today guys! No pressure and Super friendly!
