RecommendedIf you are looking for great customer service this location hands down is the best. I would recommend asking for Rob to help you he is amazing and gets you taken care of. Actually anyone of the staff there will help.
Less than an hour ago I realized as I was driving my daughter to school my car was pulling to the left. It took a few moments until I realized I had a flat tire. I was only a few blocks from this location so I pulled a U-turn and drove over. Jumped out of the car went in and started talking to Rob who was awesome and ready to help. they butchered my tires in Dec 2016, I am.still litigating. I was arrested for complaining . They started an altercation & called the police..I am fighting Austin Bluffs.location & the company.
Literally only come here if you want to waste your entire day. Even for an oil change you will wait 3-4 hours or more. Appointments don’t mean anything. If you do suck it up and wait, be ready for pushy up-sell attempts. These guys used to be great. The last two years have gone way downhill. We’ve given multiple “second chances,” but it’s time to move on to better service.
The guys here are wonderful. Always friendly and most importantly honest! Won't Take advantage or treat you as less for being female.
