I made an appointment on a Thursday the appointment was for Saturday at 4pm so they never got back to me, so two days later I called the store the guy says we don't have you in the system, so I said can I make an appointment then he said yes,asking for all my information said ok we got you in for 4 pm...i show up at 5 till 4pm they tell me we're sorry we do not make appointment for flats, I said can you get me in then I am here. it will take 2hrs I said you know you could of told me this over the phone when I called in ........ read more
RecommendedJust wanted to give a big thanks to the guys over at big O tire on the Boulevard in St. George my truck needs an alignment and went to three shops including big O that wanted $350 and when I left with no alignment they just looked at my truck and charge me 20 bucks I ended up with a dent in the side of my truck no alignment and they wanted $350 to do it the guys a big O got me in and out within The hour my truck drives like new again I plan on going back to big O tire to have the guys help me out with my other three cars tha... read more
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, got me into the wheels and tires i needed for my new car purchase
This Big O store in St George sucks. Slower then cold tar. A least 5 guys standing around doing nothing. Took an hour and a half for a flat repair and they were not busy two open bays at least. One salesman’s wife came in after us as and they got her fixed up and out of there in 20 min while we still waited. Then it took 3 of them to change the valve stem. Bunch of monkeys! We will never go back there and you shouldn’t either.
I was given all options by very knowledgeable, courteous mechanics, and I didn’t feel pressured to do any maintenance that was outside of my strict budget. My budget was respected and worked with, and my tire replacement was wonderful. My car has run fantastically since like it’s brand new. I will be returning!
Don't waists your time going here. This people won't order Goodyear Tires even though they are on the Big O website. Who do they think they are. We want four tires of what we want and have one already of. Is not as if they were Firestone Store asking for a Goodyear. A customer should be able to order any tire that is shown on their website instead of hearing "no we won't order any Goodyear tires"

The guys a big O are fantastic it's the best place to go to get your car fixed they do a good job they do it in a timely manner another fair price would never take my car or truck anywhere else
