Jason, the Service Writer, and Mike, the Owner & Chief Mechanic, have experience earned through long careers in Servicing BMW's, including older Air-Heads like mine, which needed new bearings (driveshaft & swingarm) - Jason communicates clearly & Mike double-checks his impressive work. Great guys. I took my bike in to this shop about 2 weeks ago. My chain needed adjusting badly. I overslept and was gonna be about 15 to 20 mins late to my appointment, I called and they said no problem bring her in. I get there and it's mostly a shop for larger cruisers, manager even told me they dont normally work on chains, most of the bikes that come in there are belt or shaft. Went to Big Mikes because of his reputation, serviced my bike, new tires etc. dropped it off at 8 am , picked it up at 2 . I couldn’t be happier
Always prombt, helpful and knowledgeable, prices are very fair. If you appreciate supporting small local businesses, I would recommend Big Mike's for sure. Definitely 5 stars. The service is exceptional.
